YOU'RE INVITED TO THE REHEARSAL DINNER
If you're local on Friday, September 1st - you're more than welcome to stop by Solano Brewing Company at 5500 Weber Rd, Vacaville, CA 95687!
6 - 9 pm.
There will be delicious craft beers, wine, Filipino finger food and Buckhorn BBQ food truck for all to enjoy!
WHERE SHOULD I PARK
After entering through Yin Ranch's front gates, please refer to the venue map below to locate the parking lot.
We encourage all passengers to be dropped off in front of the ceremony site before the driver heads up to the parking lot. There will be golf carts transporting guests from the parking lot to the ceremony site.
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE
Yin Ranch will open its gates to our guests at 4:00 pm.
Please be seated at the Lake Gazebo before 4:30 pm.
MAY I BRING A +1 OR MY KIDS
Unfortunately, we have a strict guest list to stay on budget.
Our wedding is invitation only.
We will only able to accommodate those listed on the formal invitation.
WILL THERE BE VEGAN & VEGETARIAN OPTIONS
Yes! We have included vegan and vegetarian options for both appetizers and entrées.
IS THERE A DRESS CODE
The dress code is summer semi-formal attire.
September in Vacaville can range from 90 - 100° Fahrenheit in the afternoon.
While we appreciate you looking your best on our wedding day, we also want you to be comfortable.
Please plan your attire accordingly.
We will provide plenty of water, shade, and hand-fans.
DO I NEED TO BRING CASH
It is a Filipino tradition to perform the money dance at weddings.
Also known as the prosperity dance, this is where guests line up to dance with either the bride or groom and pin cash offerings on them.
Participation in the money dance is not mandatory, so bringing cash is optional.
CAN I TAKE PICTURES
We kindly invite you to be fully present with us during our ceremony, so please turn off all phones and cameras.
We’ve asked a professional photographer and videographer to capture this special moment so that you can sit back, relax and enjoy it with us.
Photos are welcome at our reception!
ALCOHOL SELECTION
Select beer and wine will be available to our 21+ guests along with 3 signature cocktails.
